General info: The Notre Dame district is the centre of Grenoble and also happens to be one of the oldest and most beautiful parts of the city. Unlike other typical “Old Town” areas of other historical cities, up here in Grenoble’s Notre Dame you can also find good places to shop or enjoy a cup of coffee on a terrace.

General info: In the Polygone Scientifique area you can see some of the most famous institutions of scientific research in Europe or the entire world, for that matter. Feel free to gawk around, people here are already used to it by now.
